Position Overview:
The Case Coordinator and Administrator is responsible for managing administrative tasks and coordinating case management activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the intake process for new cases, including screening for the usability of medical data, assessing needs, scheduling appointments, providing follow-up services and tracking progress.
Maintain accurate case records and documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assist with case management tasks such as scheduling appointments.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate and handle 3D printing and logistics.
Communicate effectively with team members, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Coordinate and participate in team meetings, trainings, and other activities designed to enhance program effectiveness and promote collaboration among team members.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures.
Maintain the status of medical cases and provide updates to all staff members.
Responsible for the return and storage of medical devices.
Manage the packaging requirements for medical devices, including boxing, packing, labeling, and shipping instructions.
Manage department priorities for medical cases based on surgeons' requirements, medical device logistics, and availability, ensuring that products are quoted correctly to the surgeons.

Minimum Requirements:

2 years related experience
Matric + related qualification
