Description: As a Candidate Engagement Specialist with a candidate focus, you will be responsible for managing the candidate experience from application through to placement. You will provide guidance, support, and resources to candidates, helping them navigate the job search process and prepare for successful careers. Your expertise will ensure candidates feel valued, informed, and confident in their interactions with Nexit Recruit.ResponsibilitiesCandidate Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.Career Guidance: Offer advice on resume building, interview preparation, and career development to help candidates present their best selves to potential employers.Assessment & Feedback: Conduct competency-based interviews and provide constructive feedback to candidates, helping them understand their strengths and areas for improvement.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates by managing expectations and addressing any concerns or questions promptly.Resource Development: Create and maintain resources such as guides, templates, and informational sessions to assist candidates in their job search and career growth.Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.Market Insights: Provide candidates with insights into industry trends, salary expectations, and job market conditions to aid in their decision-making process.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.Experience in recruitment, career coaching, or a similar role focused on candidate support.Strong understanding of competency-based assessments and behavioral interview techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others succeed.Empathy, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
