Requirements:

Relevant HR diploma or equivalent- Essential
At least 3-5 years' experience in a Senior HR Role in a 4 or 5-star environment,
Experience in working with unions recommended
Experience in the hospitality industry-Preferred .
Proven record of Payroll, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Skills Development and Employment
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communications (verbal and written) skills
Strong knowledge of the SA labour laws and the HR best practise
Strong knowledge labour laws and HR best practices
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Exposure to Sage Payroll and Trac-Tech System
Fluency in Zulu and/or Afrikaans
Hospitality operations management experience with experience in service skills training.
