Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking an Explorer Camp Manager for a luxury property in the Eastern Cape!

We are searching for an enthusiastic Explorer Camp Manager to support daily operations alongside an Assistant or Lodge Manager. If you have experience in a high-end establishment and thrive in a remote setting, this is your chance to shine!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct housekeeping checks to ensure compliance with set standards.
Supervise restaurant operations during meal times, maintaining high service standards.
Ensure meals meet quality standards before leaving the kitchen.
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs while addressing their needs throughout their stay.
Liaise with the Hospitality Manager and Reservations to report discrepancies and share improvement ideas.
Complete stock counts and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Qualifications:
Hotel Management Diploma/Certificate or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Front of House or a similar role at a 4/5-star establishment.
Core Competencies:
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Customer-focused and computer literate (intermediate MS Office, Excel).
Knowledge of LIGHTSPEED and PROTEL is advantageous.
Strong guest relations and hosting skills.
Valid driver's license and attention to detail.
