Candidate Requirements:A Hotel Management Diploma/Certificate or equivalentAt least 2 years of working experience in a Front of House position or a similar role in a 4/5* establishmentGood knowledge of Food & Beverage Service, Housekeeping & Front OfficeMust have good communication skills and be well spoken in EnglishMust be computer literate, especially with Microsoft officeHaving working knowledge of Lightspeed and Protel would be advantageousMust be customer-focused and have good guest relations skills with good butler/hosting skillsMust have a valid Driver's LicenseMust be a team player and help work towards the team's successMust have a keen eye for detailThis is a live-in position, excluding mealsWorking schedule is 4 days on (opening to closing) and 3 days off
