Confirm delivery address details and payment information
Arrange delivery of product through the courier
Arrange deliveries daily by area
Resolve any customer problems
Escalate any queries that you cannot manage to Team Leader
Ensure customer satisfaction

Must be able to handle high call volumes, whilst remaining patient, professional and understanding
Weekend work required once-a-month, on rotation
