Requirements Grade 12 Minimum of 2 years' call centre or Customer Care
 Experience Computer proficiency(MS office, Skype and SAP) Literacy in SAP applications (C3, CICO, GIS, etc.) Fully bilingual in at least 2 official languages of the Western Cape Must be willing to work shifts
Key Performance Areas Attend to all customer interactions in a consistent and accurate manner Solve customer queries efficiently and appropriately Resolve a minimum of 80% of customer complaints and queries. Act as a buddy to new staff and transfer of knowledge Efficient logging of calls via SAP Build relationships with department within the City
