Call Centre agent/Dispatcher:

Well established take me home service provider based in Bellville is recruiting for above mentioned position. The position will require the following:

Attention to detail
Be able to work under pressure
Excellent customer service skills
Be able to multi-task
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
Be flexible to work various shifts
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Own transport
Good knowledge of Cape Town & Gauteng areas

Shifts will be 5 out of 7 days mostly nights; 6pm-2am

Market related salary and dependent on experience
