Main duties and responsibilities: Provide trailing cable repairs to the required Epiroc and Customer standards for QualityReport writing and assessment of Trailing Cable ConditionManaging of Orders Received and backordersSupporting Service Administrators with development of Quotations for Cable Repair workLiaise with clients on work in progress at the direction of the Cable Repair SupervisorSupport other EES Functions of the business when requiredTravel to site for on-site cable repairsWork Overtime as and when requiredEnsure repair and manufacturing work on-time, within budget and to meet the relevant Quality and Safety StandardsAdhere to Epiroc Code of ConductAdhere to Epiroc and site specific safety regulationsSubmission of timesheets and utilization of 85% billable hoursCompetencies, skills and experience: Good customer relationsGood telephone manners and skillsGood product knowledgeInterpersonal skills to work with customers and suppliers and to work as part of the Technical Support teamSelling technical skillsAbility to work independently without supervisionPresentable to customers in grooming and dress codeAbility to manage and prioritise workload and backordersCode 10 Drivers LicenseEducational Qualification: Grade 12Experience on underground TMM equipment.Closing Date: 27 May 2024
