On the base of this successful track record, we have a strategic intention to expand our project offering to De Beers land-based operations.Job DescriptionProvide expertise in the design, assembly, fault diagnostics, testing and maintenance of instrumentation systems for De Beers Technology's suite of diamond recovery machines.Your role will:Assembly, wiring and setup of prototype test benches.Working closely with development teams to suggest improvements on designs based on outcomes.Maintain excellent world-class housekeeping standards that foster a safe working environment for all.Understand industrial instrumentation, their principle of operation and their correct selection.Compile test procedures, execute such tests and then capture the results formally.Software installation.Strict adherence to all internal HSE policies and procedures as well as all legal regulations/requirements.QualificationsMinimum National Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.Three years or more relevant industrial experience in the arena of instrumentation and wiring systems.Computer Literacy.Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).Valid driver's license.Security clearance.Closing Date30 August 2024
