Duties: Handle the full customer function which includes: Ø Loading all customer orders Ø Arranging delivery schedules Ø Invoicing orders on the matrix system Stock management: Ø Monitor and maintain stock levels Ø Plan the stock needed from production to supplying orders Ø Determine raw materials to be ordered from suppliers Ø Inventory management Manage and oversee all administrative tasks within the meat processing facility, including: Ø Resource planning Ø Order processing from customers and all related record keeping\ Take responsibility for streamlining the internal control process on the butchery floor, and implement these controls and monitor compliance with these controls Management and upkeep of the Matrix Operational System regarding the company policies and procedures Work closely with Butchers to ensure accurate product labelling Assist with the performance of weekly stock takes and investigating any variances and discrepancies Collaborate with Management to develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and quality within the department Assist with developing and implementing higher level IT systems this may include an E-Shop as well as a reporting dashboard for management Prepare certain reports as and when needed by Management and Floor Operators Requirements: Male candidate preferred but not a deal breaker Grade 12 Must be detail orientated Must be able to work in a structured manner Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and should be able to work closely with the Finance Manager as well as the Operations / Butchery Manager Proven experience in a similar administrative role, within a meat processing facility is a big plus Strong knowledge of a meat processing facility operations, products, and equipment Must have contactable references
