Butcher & Assistant Shop Manager Burford

Jesse Smith & WJ Castle are a family run business established in the 1800's focused on both quality and service.
The company is made up of 6 retail shops in & around the Cotswolds.
We are currently looking for a bright enthusiastic and passionate butcher & assistant manager to help manage our Historic store in Burford!
The Role

Dealing with customers, counter serving and providing the best customer service.
Help managing a team.
Helping with the training of staff
Stock control
Following strict HACCP Guidelines
Helping to stock the counter, cutting and producing products and displaying meats.
Serving on the Deli counter
Assisting the store manager with the day to day running.

The Candidate

Passion for providing excellent customer service
Must have good time management skills
Excellent work ethic
Take a hands-on approach
Passionate about food

The ideal candidate should have experience in a high-end retail butcher shop & delicatessen.
An above market wage will be dependent on experience.
