What you'll do: Business development including research and implementing new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintaining delivery excellent customer support. Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of developments with company's objectives. Ensure employees move in the same strategic direction to achieve its mission. Remain close to all stakeholders including the cluster heads, employees, clients, key-decision makers and external service suppliers. Manage resources, including the attracting, hiring and retention of talent. Manage and report on the effective implementation of a marketing strategy to maintain market relevance and promote products and services to increase sales within area of responsibility Manage key personnel, clients and service providers. Oversee and develop a team of multi-skilled individuals setting clear expectations, empowering and mentoring employees, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring continuous improvement, and aligning performance with business goals and leadership values. Participate in budgeting, align individual targets with national objectives, monitor project progress within budget and timelines, and ensure effective management of all associated budgets. Demonstrate strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and business acumen, effectively managing complexity, driving high performance, providing direction, fostering innovation, and building trust. Managing the business unit budget and managing a profit and loss. Oversight of the sales force as necessary to support business growth and customer retention.
Your expertise: Function related experience: 5 years Leading teams: 10 years Project experience: 15 years Other experience: 15 years in Energy and Power Management industry. Established business management track-record and experience in a complex business/commercial environment. Proven ability to develop business strategy and objectives. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Excellent judgement and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership and influencing skills up to C-Level.
Qualifications: BS.Engineering Degree or B.Tech, Professionally qualified and Post Grad management course
