Hire Resolve is currently looking for a Business Unit Coordinator to join their client in KZN.In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the operations of the business unit. You will work closely with the management team and various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient communication.If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Collaborate with Safety Reps and HSE Coordinator to ensure compliance with Health & Safety policiesAssist the Material Controller with managing and monitoring finished goods in and out of the departmentSupport accurate weekly stock takes of finished goods and consumablesManage data reconciliation and capture for raw material controlUpdate efficiency schedules dailyMaintain and update weekly wages and production schedulesPerform general administrative tasks as required by the Production Team Leader and ExecutiveUpdate and monitor the register of NCQR and CFARs for trends and statisticsFollow up on DRM actionsSubmit and track trials and associated ISIR requestsAddress and resolve staff and general queriesRequirementsMinimum of a Degree in Supply Chain is preferableGrade 12 with passed Maths or Accountancy is essentialAt least 3 years of experience in an administrative roleExperience in a manufacturing environment is advantageousExcellent computer skills, particularly in ExcelStrong administration skillsBenefitsTraining and DevelopmentContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
