Skills you will need in this position:(Dont panic if you dont have all of them, we will offer training to the successful candidate).Minimum of a Degree, BCom Supply chain preferableMath's or Accountancy passed in Grade 12 is essentialHave at least 3 years experience in an administrative type of positionExperience in a manufacturing environment will be advantageousExcellent computer skills, especially ExcelExcellent administration skillsWhat you will be expected to do as a Business Unit Coordinator:Working together with the Safety Reps and HSE Coordinator ensuring that the department complies with the requirements of the companys Health & Safety policiesAssist the Material Controller with the control and monitoring of finished goods into and out of the departmentAssist with accurate weekly stock takes of finished goods and consumablesManage the reconciliations and capturing of data associated with raw material controlUpdate the efficiency schedules on a daily basisUpdate weekly wages and other production schedulesGeneral administrative duties as required by the Production Team Leader and ExecutiveUpdate the register of NCQR and CFARs for monitoring of trends and statisticsFollow up on DRM actionsSubmit and follow-up on trials and associated ISIR requestsAssist with staff and general queries Traits and attributes the client is looking for:Highly accurate with excellent attention to detailEnjoys being logical and systematicHighly organized in all that they doSomebody who always thinks about what is best for the CustomerEnjoys being part of a Production teamPlease note: The client will need to do an assessment on Shortlisted Candidates.
