Reference: 8124 CDSConsultant: Carina de SwardtJob Description:Marketing Management and Business IntelligenceQuality control of all external documents and reports, including design, layout, templates, grammar, and spelling checks.Review, edit, and proofread various types of content for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.Develop, update, and maintain credentials documentation, including standard proposal decks.Maintain layout and design of digital stationery, documents, and reports, ensuring creative custodianship of all documentation.Ensure all written material adheres to style guide and standards.The ideal candidate must have excellent copywriting skills, a good understanding of business creative, and experience in creatively packaging consulting reports in MS Office formats (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).Provide constructive feedback to consultants to improve overall written quality.Assist consultants with the Client/Agency Relationship Assessment process by preparing questionnaires, managing electronic interfaces, capturing data on Excel, creating slides, and preparing reports on PowerPoint.Assist consultants in collecting relevant marketing and communication industry trends and conducting desk research, summarizing and reporting insights using PowerPoint or Word.Manage all aspects of the website and LinkedIn pages, requiring basic knowledge of updating content on Joomla and reviewing website/Google analytics.Respond to requests received via the website and LinkedIn.Download and follow up on potential leads from the website register of individuals using proprietary tools.Business SupportMaintain a repository of research and industry information, including strategic reports and insights.Organize internal events, office functions, team building, CSI events, and annual calendar events.Provide assistance and back-up for other office assistants on various projects.Qualifications:Experience as a writer, editor, and/or proofreaderRelevant qualificationMinimum 2-3 years' experienceAdvanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, MS Teams)Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (both written & verbally)Own reliable transportMust be willing to travel (if needed)Job Type: Full-time
