Matric or a relevant tertiary qualification A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and sales Knowledge of Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry will be beneficial Strong understanding of business development, account planning, and strategic partnership management Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with internal stakeholders and key clients Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying creative solutions to complex challenges Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Good grasp of mathematical concepts Computer literate (MS Office) A valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle (essential) Sell the Company to Private Hospitals Conduct presentations to prospective clients Establish the clients'''' needs / requirements and advise of the benefits of utilizing the Company Draw up quotes in conjunction with the General Manager, Business development executive, branch manager, business manager and Managing Director. Present quotes to clients and negotiate accordingly Follow up on all visits / quotes to clients Promote the Company to all staff that is not already registered with the Company Liaise with all operational staff regarding their logistical issues (Related to efficient service delivery to our Clients) Provide daily / weekly feedback reports as to the activity in the field Obtain competitor information and submit to relevant supervisor /manager for further investigation by management Build and maintain relationships with our clients and staff Manage new business brought into the Company Ensure that clients remain active with the Company Ensure that the contracted clients of medical professional credit control is monitored. Provide an overview on a monthly basis Advise on the contracted medical professionals pay rates and charge rates Weekly and monthly reporting on sales and targets met by the contracted medical professionals (registered with HPCSA who are not nurses) Ensure that all contracted medical professionals sales and client policies and procedures are adhered to Support the monitoring of operational staff performance by ongoing assessments and evaluations (Ongoing follow-up with supervisors and/or managers of Client facilities related to staff performance to ensure quality service delivery to the Clients in line with Client''''s requirements) Source new business opportunities for contracted medical professionals Lead, direct and motivate the sales team / consultants to achieve the overall Company sales objections Review and implement the sales strategy plans Generate new sales opportunities by identifying opportunities appropriate to clients Monitor, follow up and action tender requests Diligently follow / implement the Company''''s Processes and Procedures related to Permanent Staff Recruitment for a Client Receive job specifications from clients and familiarize oneself with job specifications for each client Client visitation and build relationships to obtain detailed job specification and information related to a required position which will assist in the selection of suitable candidates who could be promoted to the Client for possible employment Collaborate with internal teams to design comprehensive and innovative proposals that address key accounts'''' needs and align with the Company''''s overall objectives Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to key clients, showcasing the benefits of cross-divisional collaboration and our capacity to meet their evolving needs Proactively identify and address potential risks related to cross-divisional projects and client relationships, ensuring timely mitigation measures are in place Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing valuable insights to both internal teams and key accounts
