They seek a Business Process Automation Specialist for a 12-month contract in Klerksdorp, Johannesburg, Cape Town, or remotely. This role involves optimizing business processes using tools like Make.com and Zapier. 

KeyResponsibilities:

Utilize tools such as Make.com and Zapier toautomate and optimize business processes for small business clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand theirspecific needs and tailor automation solutions accordingly.
Develop and document structured, process-drivenworkflows.
Work closely with team members to ensureseamless implementation and integration of automated solutions.
Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation toensure they continue to meet business needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends anddevelopments in AI and automation to continuously improve service offerings.
RequirementsQualifications:

Relevant qualification in process engineering,accounting, information technology, or a related field.
Experience with automation tools such as Make.com andZapier is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with a sharp and detail-orientedmindset.
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven manner.
