Business Ops Manager - Fmcg

Our manufacturing client  in the FMCG space, seeks a strong Business Operations Manager to join their permanent team in Pretoria.
Location: Pretoria Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Relevant certifications in FMCG operations, manufacturing, or project management would be an advantage.
2-5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, ideally in manufacturing, supply chain, or wholesale distribution.
Proven track record in managing production operations or leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing cost control Strong leadership and team management skills Negotiation skills for supplier contracts and client deals.
Key Responsibilities: To oversee the entire manufacturing and wholesale operation, including production planning, procurement, sales, and logistics.
