Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize SQL and JS to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights to support marketing initiatives.
Data Warehousing: Integrate data warehousing solutions with CRM platforms to streamline data access and improve marketing efficiency.
Data Manipulation & Automation: Develop scripts and processes using Python to automate repetitive tasks and optimize data workflows.
Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to understand data needs, ensuring that the analysis aligns with business goals.
Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor marketing performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting by performing regular data audits and validations.
Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest data analytics tools and marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Support Decision-Making: Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proficiency in SQL and JS for data manipulation, analysis, and task automation.
Bonus points for PHP and/or Python
Experience with data warehousing integration with CRM systems.
Strong focus on data-driven decision-making and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with SQL and JS.
2+ years of experience or strong knowledge of marketing concepts is highly preferred.
Experience in creating reports and dashboards for marketing analytics.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data findings effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
