Business Manager

Job & Company Description:Join a leading player in the renewable energy sector as a Finance and Business Manager. This contract role requires an immediately available individual to oversee the full financial reporting function, manage cash flows, and ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant regulations. Youll work closely with various departments to drive financial efficiency and mentor a finance team to achieve business objectives.Other duties include:Oversee the maintenance of accounting records and month-end reporting to Group.Prepare and monitor company cash flows and budgets.Coordinate accounting activities with operations, maintenance, and HSE departments.Review local and foreign payments, ensuring compliance with VAT and SARB requirements.Organize and manage the annual financial audit process.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals.Ensure adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.Education:Qualified CA(SA)Job Experience & Skills required:8 years post article experienceExperience in a multinational business, preferably within renewable energy, mining, or utilities APPLY NOW!
