What will you do?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze processes, and recommend solutions to enhance business performance. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and business objectives.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Process Mapping: Create process maps and workflows to illustrate current and future state processes.
Solution Development: Work with IT and development teams to design and implement effective business solutions.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT sessions, documenting feedback and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and support for projects.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build effective relationships.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks. Knowledge of specific industry standards or regulations relevant to (your industry).
