One of the leading Fertilizer and Horticulture manufacturing groups in the UAE is looking for an International Business Head to handle sales in the South Africa Market.Responsibilities:Responsible for overseeing business operations within the given geographical area, aligned with local government rules & regulations and business ethics.Good Knowledge of Fertilizer/Agriculture FertilizerResponsible for business strategic planning, execution, and operational management to ensure the company's goals are aligned with local government's rules & regulations.Identifying and acquiring new customers and up-selling to the existing customer base.Building strong relationships with all business accounts.Ensuring accurate business revenue forecasting and accounts planning.Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and collection forecasts.Responsible for achieving business revenue and collection targets as agreed with management.Responsible for securing & collecting company's payments from customers as per agreed company terms and informing company accounts in UAE on a regular basis.Responsible for maintaining good relationships with business-related government agencies and managing all business-related issues.Responsible for maintaining customer-wise sales, collection, and budget plan data with the help of the company's accounts in UAE.Responsible for collecting market and competitors' activity information, introducing new products/innovative products, and finding new business revenues.Ensure to handle fair, professional business transactions between the UAE office and customers.Ensure to maintain the multinational brand image of the company in the international market and deliver professional services to our customers.Responsible for reporting daily business activities to the assigned authorities.Qualifications:Must be from a Science/Agriculture background.Minimum 5 to 10+ years of experience, preferably within the agriculture or fertilizer industry.Strong understanding of fertilizers.Should be proficient in sales and marketing.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.Familiarity with geographical areas and local market.Job Type:Full-timePay:R90000,00 - R130000,00 per monthApplication Questions:Have you handled sales of Fertilizer/Agriculture products in the South African region market?Experience:Selling Fertilizer and Agricultural products: 5 years (Required)Collecting market and competitors' activity information: 5 years (Required)South Africa region: 2 years (Required)Willingness to travel:50% (Required)
