Job Title: Business Development Specialist (SaaS Sales) Location: Remote (South Africa, UK Hours)
Salary: R25,000 per month (excluding commission)
Job Summary: We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Specialist who thrives in the SaaS space. This role requires someone highly proactive, who can uncover and drive business opportunities for UK-based clients while contributing to revenue growth. With a focus on IT and SaaS sales, you'll be building lasting relationships and demonstrating an understanding of client needs to create value-driven sales solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify and engage new business opportunities in the SaaS industry, particularly in IT-focused recruitment sectors, to expand client networks and increase revenue.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to SaaS and IT recruitment, meeting and exceeding quarterly targets.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis, providing insights into potential business prospects and strategic recommendations for client acquisition.
Feedback & Collaboration: Work closely with the team to improve and optimize business strategies, fostering a collaborative environment for innovation.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in SaaS sales or IT recruitment, with proven success in business development or client-facing roles.
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a self-starter mentality and the ability to identify opportunities autonomously.
Technology: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and confidence in navigating SaaS tools and digital sales platforms.
