Business Development Representative

Purpose: To promote company brands and products within a specific geographic area by visiting liquor outlets (mostly Off Trade outlets) as per a contracted call cycle to increase visibility and drive increased sales.Job Summary:Develop and manage sound customer relationships.Educate consumers regarding company brands.Drive distribution i.e. availability.Handle customer and consumer complaints and queries.Manage sales administration requirements i.e. prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.Visit customers as per a fixed contracted call cycle.Implementation of the company way of selling.Negotiate displays and pricing.Ensure the implementation of the Sales Drivers.Implement promotions and point of sale/merchandising in store.Skills Required:Strong sales skills and experience.Sound communication skills and the ability to read, write and communicate in English.Strong negotiating, relationship building, and networking skills.Must have a passion for interacting with customers and a passion for customer service.Must be self-motivated, innovative, and self-driven.Must be a South African citizen.
