Business Development Representative

As a member of our team at Lead Generation Group, you will play a crucial role in connecting businesses with qualified leads. This position requires strategic outbound calling, prospecting, and qualifying leads to generate sales-ready opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Initial Calls: Facilitate initial calls with prospects to understand their needs and preferences.Lead Qualification: Educate and qualify leads to generate sales-ready opportunities.Collaboration: Collaborate with sales reps to schedule calls, meetings, and demos.Meet Quotas: Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments/demos and closed deals.CRM Management: Manage CRM system effectively to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Requirements:1-3 years of sales experience in B2B, SaaS, Real Estate, or similar fields.Cold-calling or appointment setting experience.Fluent in English.Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Own a PC/laptop (at least Intel Core i3) and have a stable internet connection (50mbps minimum).Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills.Will to work US hours.Tech Requirements:Laptop/desktop with at least 4GB RAM and i3 processor.Stable internet connection of at least 50mbps.Private and quiet work environment.USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
