Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a business development plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals- Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them to understand their financial needs- Promote our financial products and services to potential clients, and provide them with customized solutions to meet their needs.- Promote our financial products and services to existing and new brokers, and provide them with customized solutions to meet their clients needs.- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and development- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain relationships with newly introduced clients- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that clients receive a seamless experienceRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field- Experience in business development in the commercial finance industry will be beneficial- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong sales ability and new business generation
