You will be encouraged and supported to develop your entrepreneurial skills and given an opportunity to grow your own business unit.Duties & ResponsibilitiesBuild a team of financial advisersSupervise financial advisersWeekly one-on-one meetings with your financial advisersProvide financial advice to your own clientsMonitor performance of advisers against set targets, whilst working towards your own set targetsDesired Experience & QualificationCurrently in Financial Services and was FA / ManagerYou have the necessary credits and qualifications (NQF5 and RE) for a financial advisorProven track record of at least 3-5 years in financial services - must be out of supervisionPackage & RemunerationTo be discussed if shortlisted and invited for an interview.
