The role of the Business Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the customer needs are met along the customer journey, as well as providing the highest caliber of service and experience to the customer in order to grow our client's on Trade in Gauteng.Main Purpose/Objectives of the Job:Nurture and develop relationships with your allocated customer baseDeveloping the financial shape of your allocated customer baseSourcing and growing new customers in the specified areaEstablishing and supporting our client''s brand presence within outletsActivation of required promotions and the execution of marketing activities as neededSupporting operational efficienciesProviding continuous feedback loops to enable business innovation and improvements.The role requires solid sales experience, a valid drivers license, computer literacy(Microsoft Office suite), industry and product sales knowledge, commercial business acumen and strong negotiation skills.
