Business Development Manager

Job Summary:As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering G+D's value proposition to Telecommunication Institutions (Mobile Network Operators) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Your role will involve managing customer relationships, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities that drive revenue and profit growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Drive sales of G+D products and services to achieve revenue and profit targets. Account Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through regular engagement and strategic planning. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and building relationships with potential clients. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and delivery planning to ensure alignment with business objectives. Contract Management: Draft, present, and manage commercial contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients to secure profitable business arrangements. Product Coordination: Coordinate the qualification and implementation of xSIM products and services, collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful delivery. Market Analysis: Analyze customer accounts and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring G+D is the primary contact for solutions and support. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to drive successful product launches and customer satisfaction. Training & Development: Participate in training and workshops to enhance your understanding of G+D products and services, contributing to the development of leading-edge solutions. Professional Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience in telecommunications, sales, or a related field. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Strong knowledge of GSM/telecommunication standards, technologies, and network integration processes. Experience in SIM product qualification and production processes.
