OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals through the development of strong business relationships.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop Broker and Client relationships
2. Create and deliver client presentations
3. Obtain New Business
4. Achieve monthly sales
5. Enhance knowledge through research

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Degree or Diploma in Business Management or Marketing and Sales or similar
• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing
• Account Executive background
• Excellent at creating, building and maintaining client relationships
• Strong and established network
• Value appreciation and articulation
• Strong presentation skills
• Competitively sales driven | Motivation for sales
• Prospecting Skills – traditional & creative/lateral approaches
