The ideal candidate will have strong experience in driving business growth, developing relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities in the electronics sector.
Responsibilities:Develop business strategies and plans to drive sustainable business growth in the electronics industryIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networkingBuild and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholdersCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategiesMonitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business developmentPrepare and present business proposals and reports to senior managementMeet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the companyCustomer service excellence, focusing on the retention and churning of customersThe Company requires that you assist at the trade counter when it becomes necessary and that you invoice according to the company's procedureAdvise management on product needs, including monthly product projections and reporting on projectsYou are also required to assist management with ideas on promotional literature and newsletters and provide an informed view on the types and frequency of marketing methodsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3 Years of experience in business development within the electronics industry
Strong understanding of the electronics market trends and industry challenges
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
