Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for a set target in Project Sales. The solutions provided to clients can vary from standardised packages, specialty membrane applications to biological treatment solutions.

Experience: 8-10 years' experience in a relevant market related position, selling to industrial customers in the FMCG and/or mining sector. Must have proven track record of independently developing and selling project > R 10 million Must have a well-developed network of clients, partners and consultants in the private sector. A proven track record achieving profitable growth in the water treatment sector, using a technical / consultative sales approach. Skills & Competences: Process Design capacities Solid Water Treatment Technology solution knowledge Sound understanding of Commercial Project Finance and Project Feasibility Calculations Sound understanding of fundamental contractual aspects Strong business and commercial skills Interpersonal skills demonstrate ability to interact at all levels Strong work ethics and ability to multi task Computer skills: MS Office Knowledge and certificates HSE English
