USD 1500 - USD 3000 Annually Basic Plus Commission (Please note that salaries will be paid in USD, market related)International concern is seeking an experienced Sales Leader based in South Africa to drive their client's business growth across South Africa and East Africa regions. The ideal candidate will have established relationships within the cement and mining industries, particularly with procurement and maintenance departments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans across the regionBuild and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholdersConduct market research and competitor analysisDeliver compelling sales presentations to potential clientsManage customer relationships and ensure satisfactionRepresent the company at trade shows and industry eventsGenerate and analyze sales reportsCollaborate with cross-functional teamsMentor and develop junior sales team membersRequired Experience & Qualifications5-6 years of senior sales experience in cement, mining, or chain manufacturing industriesProven track record of successful sales in an industrial B2B environmentStrong network within procurement and maintenance departments, especially within the mining or cement industriesDeep understanding of industrial equipment and solutionsExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsWillingness to travel extensively within South Africa and East Africa; accommodation, travelling, and food will be taken care of by the companyWork ArrangementHybrid working model with home officeRegular travel required for customer visits and business developmentVirtual and in-person client meetingsGrowth OpportunitiesCompetitive commission structurePerformance-based bonusesProfessional development supportLeadership role in regional market expansionPlease note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
