If you have a passion for sales, strategic marketing, and building lasting relationships, this could be the role for you!Duties & ResponsibilitiesDrive the growth of our portfolio within the Eastern Cape through targeted marketing and sales initiatives.Optimize the profitability of existing products by implementing effective sales strategies.Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business expansion.Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop compelling proposals and secure orders with partners.Maintain transparent and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and meet business objectives.Desired Experience & QualificationDemonstrated experience in business development within financial services, telecoms, insurance, or a similar service industry.Proven ability to work effectively with SMEs or similar clientele.Proficiency in marketing and pitching Group Life, Group Funeral, Group Medical Insurance, and related products to corporate clients.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage seamlessly with business owners and executive teams.Strong numerical aptitude and exceptional communication skills are essential.Preference given to candidates with insurance qualifications such as FAIS - RE1/RE5.Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.CompensationCompetitive basic salary of R25,000 per month.Uncapped commission structure to recognize your achievements.Company vehicle provided, along with a fuel card.Cellular allowance to cover communication expenses.
