Join our RealNZ sales team to drive guest and revenue growth at Cardrona x Treble Cone, supporting unforgettable mountain experiences!About the Role:As the Business Development Executive - Mountains, you'll develop and nurture relationships with agents and businesses in the domestic market. You'll manage client acquisition and retention while contributing to the commercial success of Cardrona x Treble Cone by increasing sales and enhancing product delivery. From local to national markets, you'll be on the move, building strong partnerships and supporting our mountains' growth.In this role, you will drive sales growth by developing channels, exceeding targets, and identifying new business opportunities. You'll manage OTA bookings, provide exceptional agent support, and deliver training on our products and portal. Representing RealNZ at trade shows and hosting familiarisation trips, you'll build strong relationships with key partners. Additionally, you'll handle reporting, update Salesforce/CRM, and manage client revenue, while supporting the sales team and identifying new market opportunities.What We're Looking For:At least two years in a similar role, with a track record of meeting targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Able to manage multiple accounts, analyse data, and execute plans effectively.Comfortable in a dynamic environment, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing market conditions.A passion for skiing, snowboarding, or mountain biking is a bonus!What do you get out of this?You'll be part of a passionate team that thrives on sharing the mountains with the world.
