Job Description About the Role:   As a 180 Recruiter/ Account Manager, you will be in charge of building a pipeline of qualified candidates to close allocated job requisitions.
You will be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with new and existing clients, all the while adhering to the company's standard metrics and KPIs.      To be successful in this role, you will need to have a veteran mindset and excellent market familiarity in several job verticals and work closely with senior management.    Key Responsibilities: Sourcing candidate profiles, lead generation, and building while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Utilizing , Morgan Hunt data base , LinkedIn, job boards and advert responses.
  Book and attend online client meetings, initially accompanied by a UK member of staff.
  Understand job requisitions through calibrations and/or provide job descriptions and execute sourcing plans for identifying potential candidates.    Screen potential candidates through job portals, available databases, social media, and other reliable channels.    Job writing and job posting on various channels.    Conduct preliminary interviews to assess capabilities, communication skill levels, location preferences, salary expectations, etc.    Compliance, initiate compliance and security vetting, level based on the role.
  Build strong credibility with candidates that would ultimately result in a highly responsive network.    Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job opportunities.    Constant coordination regarding any updates in application status or new compatible job orders.

  Work in alignment with agreed business plan, offer ideas and suggestions based on you interactions.
  Aftercare – speak with temporary workers on a regular basis (timeframe to be decided) to ascertain, happiness in the role, addition of new skills and experiences, longevity of the position, gain leads and information that could lead to more business, and find referral candidates.  Speak with clients to whom we supply service to understand, the performance level and suitability of individuals supplied by Morgan Hunt, duration of the contract, other supply requirements, together with leads and suggested contacts from other parts of the organisation .    Meet or exceed weekly standard pipeline expectations.
  Consistent usage of internal trackers/systems for proper documentation of processes and data safeguarding.    Provide daily and weekly status reports and invoicing information to the management.
      Requirements Skills & Experience:   Bachelor's/College Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.
  Minimum of 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience for a wide array of job verticals within the UK Market or relevant working experience working with a UK recruitment firm.    Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.    Good business acumen, highly driven, results-oriented, and values harmony within a team.    Experience in using various ATS tools, job boards, and CRM (e.g.
JobAdder , Linkedin Recruiter, Zoominfo , Indeed , and the like).    Strong on-the-phone ability to create interest, grow relationships, and build rapport.    Competency using Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.    Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.    Must have a very strong ability to lead, and work as part of a team.    Strong customer service and presentation skills.    Professionally articulate and have a strong attention to detail.    Hungry to grow with the company and driven to succeed.     Pleasant and outgoing personality, emotionally intelligent, and a strong ability to create rapport.
