We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Partnerships team. Reporting to the Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads from various channels, including our website, social media, email campaigns, and third-party platforms. Your main objective will be to evaluate lead quality, engage with potential customers, and schedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales team. Responsibilities Lead Qualification: Engage inbound leads via various communication channels, using predefined frameworks to assess viability. Identify key decision-makers, budget, and timing. Lead Nurturing: Providing relevant information and resources to nurture leads through the sales funnel, and keeping the CRM updated with detailed notes and interactions. Lead Handoff: Collaborate with Partner Sales to transfer qualified leads, ensuring smooth transitions with all necessary information. Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team. Data Management: Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM, reporting on key metrics like conversion rates and pipeline health. Communication: Act as the first point of contact, clearly conveying the company's value proposition and addressing initial questions or concerns. Continuous Improvement: Attend training sessions, provide feedback on processes, and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Requirements Education: University degree preferred OR relevant experience in a similar role and industry. Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales, or business development. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to quickly build rapport. Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Close). Analytical with attention to detail. Capable of working independently and in a team. Attributes: Goal-oriented and driven. Resilient with the ability to handle rejection. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
