To qualify for this position the applicant should at least have:
Matric / grade 12
Valid drivers license and own transport
Proven sales track record with a minimum 5 years sales experience in the FMCG or packaging industries
Key Account Management experience
New business development experience
Computer literacy in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of the Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) market would be advantageous
High level of numeracy with the ability to do forecasting and budgeting;
Good analytical and lateral thinking abilities;
Strong Administrative skills with attention to detail, business writing and presentation skills
Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
Competence in independently planning and managing own sales plans and initiatives;
Strong customer focus with service excellence attitude
Professional appearance
It is essential that they are able to deal with the customers Senior Procurement staff
The ability to work according to strict deadlines on a continuous basis;

Managing / servicing a portfolio of clients in the Western Cape as well as ensuring all regions are serviced and orders delivered
on time
Key Account Management and generating new business
Actively participate in finding solutions to clients needs
Needs to know how to estimate, prepare his/her own quotes and present them
Complete reports, forecasts and budgeting
Meeting monthly and annual sales and profit targets
Selling and marketing of the Companys range of products to the client
Handling incoming and outgoing sales related calls and queries
Calling on existing as well as potential clients
Dealing with associated administrative duties
Briefing Production on New Projects
Management of the Epping branch
