Business Development Consultant

Responsible for meeting the set budgetary targets, achieving commission targets, and meeting productivity/activity targets. Draft and deliver proposals, prepare costings, and create client propositions in conjunction with the General Manager: Sales or Regional Manager.Minimum Requirements:Matric or a relevant tertiary qualificationAt least 4 years of sales experience with a proven sales track recordGood knowledge of South African Labour Legislation (Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Bargaining Councils, Labour Relations Act) and the TES industryExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalValid driver's license with own reliable vehicleComputer literacy (MS Office)Public speaking abilityPrevious sales experience within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) Industry will be an advantage
