What You'll Do:

Grow your own portfolio by prospecting for new clients across the Western Cape through face-to-face appointments and cold calling.
Perform comprehensive business insurance needs analyses for clients.
Present and offer dotsure's tailored business insurance solutions.
Manage your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent performance to meet targets.
Stay on top of your sales activities and targets, from calls to quotes, as set by management.
Keep detailed and accurate sales reports.
Commit to continuous self-improvement and skill development.

Who You Are:

Fluent in English and have a minimum of a matric certificate.
A motivated self-starter with at least 1 year of sales experience (insurance experience is a plus but not mandatory).
Organized, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Goal-driven, accountable, and able to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
Hold a valid driver's license with access to your own transport.
Proficient in MS Office with a demonstrated track record of sales success.
