Business Development and Sales Executive (JB4873)Location: De Bron, Cape TownSalary: XXX-XXXX to XXX-XXXX Annually CTCType: PermanentA dynamic growing company specializing in innovative financing solutions is looking to employ a Business Development and Sales Executive.Minimum Requirements:NQF7 Advanced Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communication, or similar.Minimum of 10-15+ years in business development and sales.5 years in a senior manager/director role capacity, preferably within the secured and bridge lending industries.Strong conceptual skills with the ability to contribute at a strategic level and integrate BD and Sales activities with operational priorities.Good experience in credit and lending dealing with SMEs and/or mid-corporate business clients.Very good experience in sourcing, negotiating, and structuring asset-backed loan transactions.Proven track record in negotiating and executing secured loan documentation.Strong network dealing with SMEs and/or mid-corporate business clients.Strong commercial orientation and business acumen.Able to adapt within a constantly evolving environment and prioritize deliveries according to redefined "most value/simplest solution" outcomes.Skilled in Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking.Skilled in Formulating Strategies and Concepts.Skilled in Leading and Supervising.Skilled in Presenting and Communicating Information.Skilled in Working with People.
