Main Purpose of the RoleWe are looking for individuals with strong business and systems consulting skills to join the team. Candidates must have excellent critical thinking, facilitation, and documentation skills, and a desire to collaborate with clients to achieve their objectives. Our consultants are either multi-skilled or have deep expertise in Strategy, Business Analytics, Delivery Management, Analysis and Design, or Software Development and use these skills to develop innovative business solutions and increase collaboration between business and IT.
Responsibilities:Develop innovative business and system solutions, including producing high-quality documentation.Facilitate workshops and structure and deliver presentations.Gather and structure data to determine insights.Analyze business problems and structure solutions and approaches to solve these.Work effectively as part of a team and build strong working relationships with clients.Produce high-quality artefacts/documents aligned to BSG and client quality standards.Understand system development and project delivery methodologies (traditional and/or agile).Apply project planning techniques and manage delivery and expectations with teams and clients.Focus on practical plans, solutions, and technical problem solving.Qualifications:Relevant tertiary degree with honours, e.g., BBusSci or BCom Information Systems/Informatics Honours, relevant Engineering, Finance, and Statistics/Maths (BSC).Critical thinking and problem-solving/innovation skills.Workshop facilitation and presentation skills.We love talking about change.
