Are you someone who can: Have a fair understanding of the entity relationships within a database and how various systems integrate with each other.Utilize Use Case skills.Compile process and data flow diagrams and Context diagrams.Provide creative solutions to business requirements.Think analytically and solve problems.Define user journeys.Research and define solutions aligned with industry and group strategic objectives.Run with analysis and present findings to the business.Defend requirements and explain your thinking.Understand how requirements achieve business objectives tied to return on investment.Work independently and meet strict timelines.You will be an ideal candidate if you: Have a minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant Business Analyst experience.Hold a Bcom or Industry Related Degree.Are familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.Possess Business Analysis Competencies including:Presentation SkillsInformation GatheringSelf-Starter – looks for opportunitiesTeam workerSome leadership skillsGood writing skillsConflict management skillsWe can be a match if you can: Act as an interface between business, developers, and testers.Be empathetic yet diplomatic when dealing with concerns and conflicts.Listen, advise, and escalate issues where necessary.Conduct business analyses, including planning, eliciting, documenting, and reviewing.Analyze projects using best practices.Facilitate workshops or JAD sessions to gather requirements.Make decisions and think proactively.Provide solutions or recommendations when requirements are unclear.Prepare functional requirements specifications.Prepare business solutions specifications.Conduct enterprise analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and assumptions.Perform stakeholder analyses to understand and identify the audience.Assess, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business processes.Document business process requirements through research, interviews, or facilitation sessions.Extract and document all business rules impacting a project.Probe and gather information effectively.Create relevant analysis documentation using change control processes.Manage your own time to prioritize multiple projects.Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members.Review test cases provided by the Test Analyst.Manage all project analysis documentation and ensure sign-offs are achieved.Add business value and take accountability for projects through to implementation.Run initiatives as the BA and PM where applicable.Are you interested in taking the step?
