About the job Business AnalystBusiness AnalystUS hours - 3pm-11pm(Remote from South Africa)Our USA client is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The BA will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure that IT solutions meet business needs.Responsibilities:Assume full responsibility over the solutioning of new services and products, from ideation to delivery.Work with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, objectives, and challenges.Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, and other techniques.Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with the business goals.Ensure that the proposed solutions are technically feasible and cost-effective.Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation and user stories.Develop process models, use cases, and business process diagrams.Develop prototypes and mockups to visualize potential solutions.Communicate requirements and solutions effectively to IT.Facilitate review sessions and deliver demos.Requirements:Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Well-articulated and with excellent prioritization, problem-solving skills.Solid understanding of software development best practices.Experience with the relevant technologies and platforms.Some of the technologies used: (Not Required/Only Advantageous)Atlassian Jira and ConfluenceCeligo integration platformLaravel (PHP, React)WooCommerceRF Smart WMSNetSuite ERPShipStation
