Compile and deliver quality, detailed and comprehensive business requirement specification documents/user stories, including process mapping and design. Closely working with Business teams/Product Owners, development team, vendors and testers to ensure requirements are delivered in an expected format. Provides inputs into training manuals and assists with transfer of knowledge to end users and trainers and colleagues. Working with key service providers to ensure business requirements, business rules and controls are documented and signed off. Translate business requirements into effective solutions.
