Duties will include but not be limited to: Collaborate with client/partner/vendor/in-house development teams for the delivery of custom-built, internal or client specific applications Facilitate workshops for the accurate and comprehensive elicitation of Business and Functional Requirements Analyse information and, in collaboration with the various stakeholders, document detailed solution requirement specifications Provide an end-to-end solution which involves, scoping, documentation, understanding of implementation within reason, testing and sign-off Communicate solution requirements and obtain approvals across various audiences Ensure adherence to project timeline and deliverables within own scope of work and areas of influence Create a Functional User Acceptance Test document to test all system functions and design in conjunction with the customers requirement Provide analysis, documentation and consulting for client-specific implementations and enhancements Maintain and develop relationships with key client/partners/vendors Assist the operations team with client support on delivered implementations Create adhoc & monthly reports & queries Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: Qualification with specialisation in business analysis 5- 10 Years experience in business analysis, testing and data analysis Experience in leading client facing elicitation workshops Exposure to Identity Management and other Biometric modalities Exposure to and basic experience in systems and enterprise architecture Strong documentation, planning and communication skills Strong on innovation and new technology platforms understand where and how technology is changing the business landscape, and how to provide technology solutions that are agile and can incorporate future innovation Strong team player and self-starter with excellent inter-personal skills
