Senior Energy ConsultantLeading international consulting engineering firm is looking for a Senior Energy Consultant with a focus on Grid connections and large project context to join their Energy Division in Cape Town or Johannesburg.Desired Experience & QualificationBSc. or BEng. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Mechanical EngineeringPreferably with a further qualification in renewable energyProfessionally registered with ECSAAround 8 or more years of relevant experienceRecognizable experience in the energy sector with specific exposure to renewable energy and grid connectionsProject Management experience to lead and deliver technical advisory, owner's engineer, and design services within the renewable energy sector for clientsPreparing and delivering bids and proposals, writing technical reports and presentations, and reviewing reports, drawings, and presentations by othersDriving the development of junior energy team members across South African offices via mentoring and provision of technical and commercial guidance
