Provide ongoing support to projects by addressing issues, clarifying requirements, and managing scope changes.Academic Qualifications and Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling tools, data analysis tools, and project management software.Knowledge of agile and waterfall project methodologies.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards (if applicable).Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
