ESSENTIAL SKILLS:Expertise in designing solutions with input from all relevant parties (Business, Developers, QA).Active participation in stand-up meetings and interactions with end users and other stakeholders to gather and define requirements.Proficiency in analyzing and implementing new system requirements and specifications.Experience with system testing and assisting QA in the testing of systems and solutions.Familiarity with Agile development practices and methodologies.Working knowledge of Confluence and Jira.Ability to handle additional responsibilities as outlined in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.DESIRABLE SKILLS:Experience with Apache Kafka.Proficiency in Kibana and Grafana.Knowledge of Terraform and Ansible.Experience with Heartbeat.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Relevant work experience and a diploma/degree in Business or IT.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with the Team Lead, Stakeholders, IT Product Owner, and Team on operational matters.Ensure the effective operation of processes within agreed quality standards.Oversee the operability and quality of applications throughout their lifecycle.Manage the implementation of all tasks and processes related to IT Operations (IT.03 Monitor and Operate IT Product).Oversee release and change management processes for assigned applications.Supervise technical lifecycle management and security measures for assigned applications.Implement measures to enhance operational quality of applications.Support the Product Owner with operational concerns and prioritize operational scope within the product backlog.Make decisions on operational issues within the resource constraints for assigned systems and applications.Assist with Agile Working Model Processes "Deliver & Operate IT Technology" and "Manage IT Governance."Measure and communicate operation KPIs, defining actions to improve quality of assigned applications.Support the LRE in post-mortem analysis of major and critical incidents and other assigned tasks.Aid in ITSCM tasks, such as IT emergency drills and managing availability.Investigate and consider all processes when gathering user requirements.Propose, review, and evaluate system designs and alternatives.Present system design proposals and solutions to IT Project Lead, DevOps Team, QA Team, and Product Owner/Business team.Prepare detailed documentation for all stakeholders (Business, Developers, QA).Assist in generating work breakdown structures for estimating technical delivery and managing those deliverables with the technical team.Identify and mitigate project risks
